A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Turkish native Karasakiz grape variety.
Harvested from two single vineyards, they are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. Matured in 225L French oak barrels for a full year then bottle to aged for 3 months before release.
The palate shows bright, fresh fruit character with sweet spices. Mellow tannins and velvety texture leads to an enjoyable finish.
