The grapes for this wine are sourced from three distinct vineyards across the Aegean region of Turkey. Sultaniye comes from Denizli in the inner Aegean, situated at an altitude of 850 metres. Sıdalan is grown on the northern slopes of Mount Ida (Kaz Dağları) in Çanakkale at 300 metres, while Yapıncak is harvested from a single vineyard in Yayaköy at 298 metres. All vineyards use head-trained vines and follow conventional farming practices.

Harvest took place at optimal times for each variety: Sultaniye on September 19, Sıdalan on October 5, and Yapıncak on October 6, 2023. Each grape variety was processed separately. The grapes were destemmed, gently pressed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 18°C. Once fermentation was complete, the wine was aged on fine lees and stirred weekly to enhance texture and complexity before blending.

The result is a pale gold wine with hints of green. On the nose, it offers tropical fruit, citrus, creamy milk notes, and a touch of linden blossom. The freshness on the palate leads to a crisp and enjoyable finish.
