The idea is to ensure our customers enjoy the convenience of service given to them on our website. The terms and conditions are there to simply set a few rules and understanding between The Turkish Drop and our customers that wish to purchase products on our website.
The Turkish Drop can alter or modify the website or these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. In the event that products are purchased during these updates, all pre-existing terms and conditions will apply to products during this transition and will continue as the current terms and conditions.

If you are a Visitor and just browsing our website: A visitor to our website must not misuse the website and its entry fields and content. The Turkish will block/delete any material posted to the website that The Turkish Drop finds contradictory to our business.

Purchasing Online
For the Buyers: To buy wine via our website, the buyer must be at least 18 years of age, be located within Australia and specify a delivery address within Australia. Under law, alcoholic beverages can only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years of age or over.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms they are at least 18 years of age. If buying wine as a gift, the recipient must also be at least 18 years of age. The courier will request some form of identification if there is any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery.
If that recipient is unable to produce appropriate identification, the courier may choose to not leave the wine and return to depot for collection by customer with appropriate identification.

Prices on the website: Prices on our website are in Aussie dollars, and may be per bottle or per case, as stated. Prices include GST, unless otherwise stated. All delivery charges are extra, and not included in stated prices.

Payment for your Order: A buyer must pay for an order by Visa or MasterCard or Paypal when ordering. If the credit card issuer doesn’t approve the purchase/transaction, The Turkish Drop may cancel the order.

Direct Debit payments: If you choose to direct debit your purchase to the nominated BSB and Account on checkout, we will only process the wines upon the successful transfer of funds. This may add 2-3 days onto of the normal delivery times stated below.

If the Pricing on the site has an error in it: If a product we sell is shown on the website as at the price, The Turkish Drop will decline and cancel the orders placed at the wrong price, please excuse the inconvenience if this happens to you. If you were charged, we will credit the same value back to the same card/Account used for the transaction.

Product availability and our Stock levels: The Turkish Drop endeavours to ensure we have ample supply access to the products on the website, If a product is out of stock, The Turkish Drop will get in contact with the customer and may substitute wines of at least equal quality. If the substituted wine is not acceptable, the buyer need not pay for that wine.

We proudly provide wholesale rates too any restaurant or business with a valid liquor licence that would like to purchase out products . If you would like to inquire our products list for you business please don't hesitate in getting contact with us. We have clients across Australia with varying arrangements that we customise to your needs.
