Produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the ninth designated vineyard parcel at Sevilentepe in Menderes, İzmir, this wine is part of Sevilen’s parcel-focused range from Türkiye’s Aegean wine region.
 
The wine combines ripe Cabernet fruit with the savoury, herbal character associated with the variety. Expect red and black berries layered with earthy mineral tones and notes of rosemary and thyme.
 
On the palate it is smooth and medium-bodied, with juicy berry fruit supported by defined yet restrained ripe tannins and a balanced, persistent finish.
