Produced from grapes grown in the Chamlija vineyards at Kartalkaya, located on the southern slopes of the Strandja Mountains. Its safe assume that the unspoilt terra in these mountainous slopes dating back to 65 million years shine through these old grapes. Harvested by hand at dawn September 13, 2018 this wine clearly shows the effort of the winemakers. After pressing at low pressure and fermented in a steel tank, the wine is further aged for another 7 months.
 
On the nose, The wine from Turkey has stone scents and aromas of white peach, green lemon, with white flowers such as acacia and honeydew. It has a lively and refreshing character with the fresh acidity on my palate. It has a mineral-like long finish.
 
Provided that this wine is stored under the appropriate conditions, the winemaker states that it can be further aged until 2028.
