This vibrant rosé is born from vineyards in the Çal District of Denizli, deep in Turkey’s Aegean region. Located approximately 250 kilometers inland from the mid-Aegean coast, the vines grow at elevations between 850 and 1000 meters. This high-altitude setting brings cool nights and warm, sun-drenched days—ideal conditions for preserving acidity and building aromatic intensity.

The climate is defined by cold winters and hot summers, with temperatures in August averaging 32°C. The head-trained vines, averaging 25 years of age, are rooted in a mix of sand, limestone, and clay. These soils, combined with conventional vineyard practices, contribute to a balanced and expressive fruit profile.

The grapes were hand-harvested across several days—September 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th, and 12th of 2023—at their peak ripeness. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 18°C to retain freshness and purity. The wine was then aged on its fine lees for three months, with gentle weekly stirring to build texture and depth.

In the glass, it shines with an apricot-blush hue. The nose bursts with lively aromas of tangerine, strawberries, and raspberries, delicately accented by hints of cherry blossom. On the palate, layers of orange blossom and Turkish delight unfold over a core of juicy citrus, leading to a long, bright, and refreshing finish.

This wine has been recognized with 16.5 points by Julia Harding of jancisrobinson.com and awarded a Silver medal at the IWSC 2024—an elegant testament to its quality and finesse.
