This blended wine, crafted from grapes grown in the Güney vineyard of the Denizli region, showcases the dynamic spirit of the Egeo range. The vineyard is located at an altitude of 750 meters and features clay-calcareous soils with gravel, providing ideal conditions for 12–15-year-old vines. Trained using the single Guyot method, the vines are planted at a density of 2 x 1 meters and yield an average of 35 hectolitres per hectare.
Harvested in 2021, the grapes underwent careful vinification, with each variety given precise maceration times — 11 days for Merlot, 13 days for Syrah, and 10 days for Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine was then matured for 9 months in a mix of new, one-, and two-year-old French oak barrels. The result is a wine of depth and character, shaped by the region’s transitional climate of mild, rainy winters and hot, windy summers.
In the glass, it displays a claret colour with cherry highlights. The nose is rich and layered, offering aromas of dark forest fruit, sweet spice, and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is fresh and persistent, with ripe tannins and well-integrated oak lending both structure and elegance.
This wine pairs beautifully with spicy meat dishes, grilled meats, fajitas, and strong cheeses. Serve at 16–17°C to enjoy its full aromatic and textural expression.
