Kavaklıdere Altın Köpük 2023 — Sparkling Emir
Discover a distinctly Turkish sparkling wine made from 100% Emir, Cappadocia’s indigenous white grape. The grapes come from an old vineyard approximately 950 metres above sea level, rooted in volcanic and clay-limestone soils.
Altın Köpük undergoes its second fermentation in pressurised tanks, followed by ageing on its lees to develop texture and complexity.
Bright yellow in the glass, it offers floral and ripe stone-fruit aromas with delicate brioche notes. Fine, lively bubbles carry a creamy, concentrated palate, finishing with elegance and lasting flavour.
